Busy December...and we're not done yet!

We got the tree up shortly after Thanksgiving and got to look through all of our ornaments. We have exchanged ornaments for 10 years so our tree is starting to get a little crowded.

We have had a somewhat stressful holiday season, yet, we have had many happy times. While Steve was sick (boo) Sophie and I went to eat at a local mom and pop type restaurant for breakfast with Santa. Mrs. Claus was there and they even had a flat screen showing Christmas cartoons. We had a big breakfast that was fantastic! A gentleman hopped up on the piano and sang jingle bells and the kids grabbed their parents keys to play along. Sophie got to talk to Santa. She asked for a Momma kangaroo and a baby kangaroo & a polar bear. Ms. Claus said she'd been a good girl, but she needed to work on keeping her room clean. I couldn't agree more.
