April was such a fun month! Sophie loved Easter soooooooooo much! She still carries around her Easter basket and plays with all of her eggs (thanks MeMe).
Sophie has got to sport her Cubbies outfit that Poppa bought her last summer when he was in Chicago. Steve has really enjoyed dressing her in that when they go out together.
Also, Sophie is really getting into play dough. I found this sweet little apron for her to use while she plays and she looks so cute in it.
Sophie also got a ballet outfit from my Mama's friend Valerie (or is it Vicky ;-) anyway, it is too big for her, but couldn't resist putting it on her the other night.
Sophie also had her first pony tail! She got to wear it to church the other day. Now, this wouldn't be such a big deal except she has wanted to have her hair in Mommy style for a while. She was quite pleased!
Today we had our last post placement visit with our adoption agency. It went well. They just want to make sure that she is still doing okay and developing well. I'd say! I am blown away by her development and what she wants to learn. We are so blessed that she is a part of us. I can't imagine our family any other way. God has been so good. Of course the topic came up of us adopting again. We really long to have another child. You'll have to stay tuned to see what God decides to do in our family.
