A few weeks ago, Sophie and I took a long road trip to see her Gramme Honey and PaPa Bunny. They were having a bond fire and hayride for the folks at their church. It was nice to see where they worship and meet their church family.
Sophie loved riding in the little wagon with her PaPa and she helped him with the mulching. She really really loved being at their house because she could collect hickory nuts, sticks, rocks, play in the dirt, go outside and play anytime she wished. She was a crazy about playing with her MiMi, she thinks she rocks.
We stayed at a hotel coming and going on our trip. Mama broke bedtime rules and we dug for quarters in the pits of my purse and snuck out of our room for a little midnight snack of Potato Skins out of the vending machine. Sophie also got to watch LOTS of home makeover shows with me in bed. Ahh, the life.

Great job on taking that road trip with just you and Sophie! I'm glad you got to go see your parents and that the trip went well. And getting to eat potato skins while laying in bed watching cable tv is up on my list of fun things! :-)
